Cogoport's mission is to make international trade accessible and efficient for everyone, and they do this by providing several innovative solutions.
Project Goal
Overview
The goal was to design an app for users to ensure supply, demand, and operation work efficiently.
My Role and Responsibilities
I, as a Product Designer was responsible, for designing the MVP version of the App. For this, I followed an iterative approach to gather feedback from stakeholders and eventually deliver the final designs and detailed prototypes. Responsibilities included:

Over the four-week timeline, I had four creative reviews where the design team gave feedback and critiques, and two stakeholder reviews where multiple stakeholders gave higher-level business direction.
